The Offices at Kensington

The Offices at Kensington consist of two four-story buildings, which contain a total of 170,436 sf. The 9.55- acre site is situated on the west side of Highway 6, just north of U.S. Highway 59 (Southwest Freeway) in Sugar Land, Texas.

Constructed in 1998, the Property is part of the 9,700- acre First Colony master-planned community. First Colony is one of Houston’s largest and most successful planned communities. In addition, a 168-acre mixed-use development, Lake Pointe Town Center, is under construction directly across Hwy 6.

The buildings are steel-framed structures with exterior wall systems comprised primarily of brick veneer, exterior insulated finish systems, cast stone trim and aluminum and glass windows and curtain walls with tinted vision glass. The main lobby for each of the buildings is located at the center of the first floor and finishes consist of polished marble tile floors, stained architectural woodwork walls, glass storefront entrance walls and marble tile inlays.
