At the date of acquisition, the portfolio was 97% leased to 15 tenants. Key tenants include: Dell Products, Medline Industries, Brightpoint North America, Cardinal Health, Inc., ADVO/Valassis and Corporate Express of Texas. The Opus Portfolio provides an opportunity for stable cash flow with minimal near-term tenant rollover. The majority of leases are at or below market and contain contractual rent escalations providing increasing cash flow.
