*There is no assurance KBS Growth & Income REIT will declare and pay cash distributions at this rate and the REIT may modify the rate at its discretion. Cash distributions paid through December 31, 2021, consisting of 62% paid in cash and 38% reinvested through the dividend reinvestment plan, have been funded with 75% coming from cash flow from operations, 4% from advances from the REIT’s advisor, 19% from debt financing and 2% from net proceeds from the sale of real estate. Pursuant to filing dated July 31, 2020, the board of directors of KBS Growth & Income REIT, adjusted the distribution policy in response to the uncertainty caused by the ongoing public health crisis of the novel coronavirus disease (“COVID-19”) pandemic and declared distributions based on a single quarterly record dated. Distributions will be determined by the board of directors based on our financial condition and such other factors as the board of directors deems relevant. In connection with its consideration of a complete liquidation and dissolution of the company, the board of directors determined to cease paying regular quarterly distributions with the expectation that any future distributions to its stockholders would be liquidating distributions from the sale of its remaining assets. **The amount per share for Class T Shares was reduced by the 1% annual stockholder servicing fee for shares sold in the public offering. This servicing fee accrued daily and was paid monthly in arrears. KBS Growth & Income REIT’s primary public offering was terminated effective June 30, 2017. Pursuant to the terms of the Class T shares as set forth in the REIT’s offering documents, the REIT ceased accruing for stockholder servicing fees after June 30, 2017 and reversed the amounts previously accrued. **** Pursuant to the Plan of Liquidation, on July 29, 2024, the board of directors of KBS Growth & Income REIT authorized a final liquidating distribution in the amount of $0.12048602 per share of common stock to its stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 29, 2024. The final liquidating distribution was paid on July 31, 2024 and funded from the remaining net proceeds from KBS Growth & Income REIT’s liquidation.
