San Antonio Business Park

San Antonio Business Park represents a first mortgage purchase data discount to the $30.6 million par value. The loan is collateralized by two multi-tenant business parks in the North Central submarket of San Antonio, Texas. The two parks are Interpark Business Center I & II (343,759 SF) and Brookhollow Office Park (68,200 SF). For purposes of KBS REIT the two business parks are collectively referred to as San Antonio Business Park.

The Interpark Business Center I & II consist of 14 single- story buildings. The buildings were completed in phases between 1984 and 1996. Approximately 60% of the space is considered office and the balance of the property is warehouse space. Brookhollow Office Park includes three single-story buildings constructed in 1982 and 1983. Brookhollow Office park is 100% office space.
